Trying to communicate with the employees is useless. No one speaks English. So if something goes wrong with the machines your out of luck.
Asked for a receipt and they said they don't give receipts.nnI don't know what business does not offer receipts when customers ask for one.nTheir loading machines do not dispense receipts. And as someone who likes to see their expense, this place isn't right for me.
I don't give reviews unless absolutely necessary. This laundromat is located in a strip mall which is helpful. One can shop or step into one of the restaurants to eat while doing their laundry.nHowever, the laundromat is always taken over by people on Sundays using ALL the washers and dryers with no consideration for others. Children are allowed to run around and sit on the tables eating their snacks. Really!! They claim they don't understand English. Yeah right. Who owns this place? Disappointing!!
The lady that works at night she has very bad attitude and very rude. She is not helpful at all. She rushed everyone to go home @10pm. Please hire someone that can manage and run your business respectfully.
I have been here and it’s not the best but it’s not the worst, being honest to my self, and others. And if you go here, it will probably be the worst. Good luck
