The Press

Horrible service and highly unprofessional. I took two silk curtain panels (straight out of the package, with just a few wrinkles) to The Press for a pressing only. After paying $48 they gave me curtains that had hundreds of deep wrinkles they actually pressed into the curtains. Upon picking them up for a second time, the wrinkles were still there. I asked to speak to the manager for a refund. No manager on site. Rather than even getting the manager on the phone, the person at the front desk merely handed me a slip of paper with the manager's phone number in it.nRidiculous that I paid for having a more wrinkled set of items than I dropped off. Additionally, it took literally 5 weeks to get the curtains back. Despite this shop being a convenient short walk from my townhome, I will never use this cleaner again.

I’ve been using the press for a few years but have noticed their shirts have been coming back cleaner and crisper. Always have great service and they remember who I am. I am in and out of there with quick service. Glad they are open regularly.

Love this place. I've tried several cleaners in the area and this is by far my favorite. The quality has always been top notch and the employees are very friendly. Our family has been patrons of The Press for many years now and our experience with them has been consistently excellent. The owners and employees are very friendly and they are very welcoming to dogs. The family who owns the Press has been in business for over 40 years and are a staple in the local community. I highly recommend using them for all of your dry cleaning and tailoring needs. Professional and friendly service.

Most horrible service what I ever received.nIn November this dry cleaning damage my $400 coat, because they used wrong type of cleaning: all accessories was damage. I call them right away only come back home but I was not able to bring back in this day and let them know after my travel I will bring them - so last on phone told me no problem I will make note on your account. Day when I come to ask them - 2 lady on front desk was so unprofessional and conversation was like “and what you need” , “ I you want call our boss” I was in shock how they talk with customer. After that I back with my boyfriend to help me on that question with coat other lady was working on front desk and seems like she was trying to help we left coat around end December!!! And NO result - now mid of April I come every week and hear respond “boss forgot”, “we will call you” and never did. Last update they said to me they will send me pic of new accessories because they do not have the same it was on 14 April Manager told me I will text you pic and today 16 April no txt, no phone call.nHow it is possible I am customer who bring every week around 10 pieces and they do not care about their customer!nI will never back to this dry cleaning.nnAnd read other reviews lately my clothes after dry cleaning smell so bad and I don’t know what is it - maybe washer or place where they storage clothes I have no idea but smell so strong you even think it not fresh.nSo for sure never will customer again in place there damage expensive clothes and they do not care.
