Today my boyfriend and I tried their laundry services where they can wash, dry and fold your clothes for you. Everything seemed to be all nice and folded when we picked it up. It was a relief. Then I discovered that we had missing clothes.. and the person who folded our laundry messed up our laundry with someone else's and we found pillow cases that didn't belong to us. I called the number back where they had originally called me from to let me know our laundry was ready. When I called a toddler answered the phone and I was unable to speak to a single adult. These people are very unprofessional and clearly do not care about your clothes enough. Also I think the lady just got here from Vietnam because we had a very hard time communicating.. I had to talk to her relative on the phone to translate. I'm also not surprised she lost our clothes because she had two of her kids running around the place so she was more than likely more focused on them. I would have been better off with the Spanish lady who there before since I speak Spanish. Bottom line it was a huge inconvenience for me and there is no way in the world I'm ever doing that again. LESSON LEARNED.
Very bad service. I don't know if I want to go back.
