I was driving with my kids on 295 south tonight. The party bus continually crossed the lines into the other lane pushing several cars into the shoulder. I laid on my horn several times to get the drivers attention and to warn other passing drivers to no avail. I called the number on the back of the van repeatedly with no answer. So when I got home and googled the number I saw this as a result. I would NOT trust this driver with my life and I would not trust this company’s judgment in choosing drivers or in handling issues since no one was even available to answer the phone. Horribly dangerous for everyone involved.

We booked a 15 passenger limo bus for a client wine tour. The pictures given to us were of a Mercedes. What showed up was a retired Avis shuttle bus. The driver was over 15 minutes late to the pickup location. We were then a few minutes late with returning (less than 15). We were then charged $350 more for being late. Absolutely worse company out there. Truly disappointed.

It took Tina two days to charge my card for the deposit. On Monday, October 24, 2016, I contacted Tina to provide the final payment for the upcoming trip. Once again I gave her the credit card information and Tina said that she would take care of the payment. Two days went by and my card still had not been processed. I called to ask what the holdup was, because I needed to show proof of payment to my committee members, so we could finalize our trip. Tina’s attitude was very unprofessional. She was speaking to me as if I was bothering her and making comments such as “What’s the hurry? You have the money, right?” I felt that these kinds of comments were completely unprofessional and she was out of line. I tried to stress the fact that I had to provide proof of final payment to my group, as well as that I did not feel comfortable with my credit card information lying around. Tina told me that she would take care of it and to check back with her later. I called back later on that evening and Tina said that her credit card machine was down. I asked when it would be back running and she said that it would be running in the morning. So the next day, Thursday, I checked to see if the card had been charged and it had not, so I called back again. Tina said that her machine was still down and to check back later in the day. I called back and Tina said that she had to send the credit card information out to “accounting”. This was strange because I did not have this issue when paying the deposit. Furthermore, Tina’s story kept changing. First she said she would charge the card right away, then she said her machine was down, then she said she had to send the information to the accounting office. At this point I no longer felt comfortable with her having my credit card information. I asked Tina if I could provide a cash payment and she said that was fine and to pay the bus driver. On the day of our trip it was about 12:15 and the bus had not arrived yet, so I called Tina back and asked her where the bus was, and she said that the bus would not be arriving until 1:00 pm. This was unacceptable. We were supposed to be pulling off at 1PM, and the bus should arrive at least by 1:30 pm. It makes no sense for the bus to be arriving at the time we are supposed to pull off. Meanwhile, Tina’s attitude towards me was absolutely nasty and she raised her voice as well. I expressed my disappointment to the bus driver and he told me that he always arrives at least a half hour early to his all of his jobs. He also said that he did not even have the address. I’m not even sure how he would have found us had I not called. When the bus finally arrived it was even more disappointing. First of all the bus was filthy on the outside. It looked as if the bus had not been washed for months. When I got on the bus, I could smell the bathroom all the way from the front door. The microphone did not work and to make everything worse, the air conditioning was broken! This was absolutely unacceptable. Following the trip, on November 1, 2016, I called Uptown Bus again to find out how to deal with the problems I’ve had to deal with on October 29, 2016. After I had been on hold for several minutes, Tina came on the line. I had to explain the issues to her several times because he did not seem to be listening and therefore asked me the same questions repeatedly. Tina kept over talking me and raising her voice and I just could not believe she was behaving this way. I asked that she stop trying to cut me off so that I could speak and she said “you have a nice day, because this is a scam!” She then hung up the phone. So not only did Tina refuse to let me speak, she yelled at me, and hung up on me. I tried to call back with hope to speak to someone else, and ultimately her supervisor, but my calls were sent to the voicemail. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I have never been treated so rudely by a customer service representative.

This was the worst experience ever! Do not book with this company! Driver could not open doors, operate the air conditioner and kept getting lost. Bus was an hour and a half late. The company did not compensate for their poor performance. Customer service was very rude.

Do not use this company. Rude, unprofessional, and late. I had to rearrange my entire wedding ceremony because the driver was at McDonald's instead of the pickup site and showed up 30 min late.
