Its good to see a company transform. They have really ramped up their customer service and it shows. I recently moved out and Martina went the extra mile to help me stay on top of all the tasks required to ensure a smooth checkout and inspection; Which had added challenges considering the COVID environment. Her level of concern for my welfare and responsiveness was amazing. Thanks!

You have to make an account to even look at houses on their website and they require your password to be a phone number. Please for the love of God stop that immediately.

We were looking for an apartment to rent. Saw about 4 properties listed online by Arlington Realty. I inquired but only ever got the initial form letter response. I called and emailed. I gave our parameters in case those specific apartments weren’t available but perhaps they had some other properties that might work but I was never able to get a real response from anyone. I spent several weeks waiting and only one of the listings was taken down, so it seemed like the others were still available. Just a word of warning to renters that it is very hard to reach anyone.

Installed cameras all around our 4 unit building. Now I’m being watched as I come and go from both entrancesnnCreeeepynnEverything breaks nothing ever gets fixed unless you do it.
