Ballston Place

Great, well-run building. Leasing office was quick and efficient. Had a couple of very minor maintenance issues which were fixed quickly, usually within 12 hrs. My unit is basically soundproof. No complaints. I’ve lived in several buildings in the area, and this ranks among the best.

I recently moved into this complex and the process was extremely smooth and positive. Sonny in the leasing office helped me every step of the way and was extremely kind. I have just started living here but so far have had no issues or complaints. I had one work order involving something minor that was fixed a couple hours after I requested it. So far it has been great and a place I would definitely recommend!

So far so good, I just signed a contract with Ballston Place and everything was smooth, thank you Darwell from the lease office for taking your time and show me the entire building and answer all my questions, I am so impressed from your high standard customer service you provide me. I am very happy to be a member of this apartments community and I will recommend.

As alot of other reviews mention, the leasing office is extremely aggressive and demeaning. I was planning to sign a lease due to their great deals. They belittled or dodged my questions. I looked around at other reviews on other platforms, and there were so many stating issues with sewage and plumbing. I guess you get what you pay for....
