We recently had a terrible leakage of sewer in our lower level. The sewerage had come up through the floor and presented a safety issue that needed immediate repair. We contacted a few plumbers and found John Lange to be the most reasonable. Given the damage to the piping system under the floor, the final cost of the repair project significantly exceed their initial estimate. The increase was reasonable as a 2-3 day job turned into a two week job. But, John Lange and his family team members did an excellent job, clean and neat and the pipes were repaired and the floor restored to its original condition. We will highly recommend John Lange Plumbing to all our friends and family. They are courteous, efficient, honest and dependable.

This is by far the best family own business in all of the NOVA region. Fast response, affordable, high quality performance. This family has been runing this business for many years and I can say hand down they are better then any big business plumbing. Amazing.

Had a pressure valve bust and serious water damage. Needed to replace the water heater as well so fairly big job. I called five different plumbers in the area. These guys were by far the best price. Showed up on time, worked hard and followed up. Great job I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs!

Lange plumbing has been my families go-to plumbing service for 20 years. From the bathroom to busted pipes in the basement they have done it all for us in a timely and professional matter. We have only had an issue occur once where they needed to return, and they honored their warranty accordingly. Great work at a great price! I’d recommend them again and again!

I have used John H Lange Plumbing to service my own home as well as a couple rental homes I own. I highly recommend for any plumbing needs. They are available 24/7 which is very convenient when there are ongoing issues in your home or if you need any imminent issues assessed as soon as possible. Their employees are always very courteous and polite over the phone as well as in person when they conduct their work. There is no better plumbing service in the DC/MD/VA area!
