My wife and I have used Roto-Rooter Plumbing on multiple occasions. Their technicians have always been extremely professional and have provided exemplary customer service. In addition to their quality service, their fees have been far more reasonable than other similar services have charged. We will not hesitate to call upon them in the future.

I would highly recommend this company! Frankie was the tech that came out today. He was extremely polite and followed all safety protocols. The work was efficient and done in a timely manner despite having to drive all the way back to the warehouse. Any further problems I will definitely be giving them a call again.

Jonathan and Jamie did a fantastic job! They were courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable in plumbing. They completed the job within a reasonable timeframe. I want to give a special thanks to Jonathan for sticking with me as he knew I was a little frustrated about my broken pipe. He was easy to talk to and and answered all my plumbing questions and provided some good recommendations on future plumbing work. I appreciate him above and beyond as he exceeded my expectations. We contacted Roto Rooter to come out to our home to determine the cause of a sewage backup that resulted in a flood in our basement. They determined the backup was due to tree roots underground that encroached on the line and damaged/cracked the sewage pipe. We were told that during the digging/repairs, the sidewalk in front of our home would be unaffected. Instead, the sidewalk was removed during the repairs that took place on March 22, 2021. Roto Rooter admitted their error and promised to repair/replace the sidewalk, if not the following week, then by Saturday, April 3. We have reached out to Roto Rooter on Saturday, Sunday and today, April 5, as we were promised they'd be out on each of these three days, but as of tonight, no one has fixed the sidewalk, despite being assured over and over they'd be here. I have lost complete faith and trust in this company, as they have not made good on their word. Not just once, but now three times. Mistakes happen, but if you say you're going to do something and then don't do it, repeatedly, you have lost all credibility. Very frustrating and poor customer service.

Service was extremely professional & courteous. We had an unfortunate experience with another plumbing company that would/could not dispatch a technician for 1-2 days. Roto came within 45 minutes and addressed the issue. Although a bit expensive, the value was worth it. The technician was knowledgeable about fixing our pipe. Nick did a fantastic job.
