Came in to slim down some shirts. At first, they gave me options. I chose one and they would take two weeks because they were busy. Came back two weeks later to find out that the shirts were hardly taken in. They went by what they suggested instead of what I asked for. They then tried again after a few more days and the results looked awful.nnThey told me what I wanted couldn’t be done, so I suggested I just take the shirts to a tailor...then they wanted to try one more thing. That one more thing worked but I had to come in a bunch of times and check every little step. I was finally told they were ready after my shirts had been with them for five weeks at this point. When I came in, they weren’t actually ready so I had to come in for the seventh time only to find out that one of the shirts were too tight although the same thing was done to all shirts of the same size.nnThey didn’t charge me for the tight shirt but the whole process was a giant waste of time. They only get three stars because of the effort. I won’t be back.

I've been using Gallery Cleaners exclusively for a few years now and I walk right past two other (more expensive) cleaners to get there. I've had a great experience with both the previous owners and the new owner as of late 2015. I mostly get dress shirts laundered and slacks dry cleaned but I've also had several alterations done and she always gets it just right. I'm a dandy when it comes to the way business attire fits and my expectations are always met or exceeded! I definitely recommend this business.
