DISHONEST & UNPROFESSIONAL! -- I took my Husband's shorts here to be cleaned and pressed, for an outing we planned for my birthday. I called ahead to verify the availability of pick-up, to ensure that it was worth the drive from Alexandria.nnWhen I called, I was told that the shorts would be ready the next day AFTER 3pm. So when I went to pick up my items around 3:30pm, I saw that the cleaners was closed. Not only that but it was also closed the next day, which is the day that I needed my items - as it was my birthday.nnNo one contacted me to let me know that my items were ready for pick-up or that they were closed during the pick-up time that was printed on my ticket.nnI would NOT reccomend this cleaners to anyone.
