Lost my pants after I brought them in for a minor repair. Cashier lady apparently forgot to enter my info into the system.... so it's probably gone for good.nnEDIT: The cleaners absolutely came back and made things right afterwards. Turned out my account info had been misfiled. Thanks for fixing it. Apologies for not amending this review earlier.
Very helpful staff, and did an excellent job with my husband’s dress pants. We needed the pants the next day they were able to get them ready the next day, they took the time to measure everything even though they were almost closing they took the time to make sure everything was done properly. Thank you for all your help.
Amazing renovation and nice service!
Absolutely terrible service. I gave them two tries at pressing military uniforms and they failed both times. The last time I had to step into the back and show them how to iron a crease into a shirt so it wasn't crooked.nnAlso, extremely overpriced. $4.75 for dry cleaning and ironing a shirt!
Don't waste your money here. I had requested to have a small tear in my pants fixed. Upon pick up, I noticed they didnt, and instead had to wait three more days to get them. I had also asked for them to fix a tear in my dress shoes. Upon pick up, the tear was still there, but instead they added a new heal. So now I have a lopsided walk. When I asked to make sure they were charging me correctly, the lady rudely told me to figure out the bill myself.
