I gave them a beige sweater to dry clean. It was a different color when I picked it up. They refused to take responsibility and denied they did anything to the sweater. They claimed I brought in the sweater the way it was. I used to do at least $20 worth of dry cleaning per week with them. I have not been back since and won’t be going back.

Edit...I removed the pictures because i don't want to ruin anyone's business and they were showing up first but this did happennnSmashed buttons on half the shirts i brought in...i called to inform them and they hung up on me
