BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I sent in a silk shirt worth $350. They returned it totally ruined!! There are lots of scratches on it. The owner refused to acknowledge her fault and tried to suggest I ruined it myself. Why on earth would I try to ruin my favorite shirt and waste time on it? It was in great condition when sent in, after a long wait of 10 days, she gave me a broken one no longer wearable. To make it worse, she was extremely impatient and unreasonable, refused to listen, and kept repeating one sentence over and over, which was extremely annoying.nnThe lady seemed nice at the first look and I had a good first impression, especially after reading some good reviews, but the service and her attitude after charging you would change all of a sudden, and are extremely disappointing!nnTHIS IS THE WORSE DRY CLEANING SERVICE I’VE EVER USED IN MY LIFE. Be very careful with what you bring in, and be prepared that they’re ready to ruin your favorite cloth without any willingness to make it right.

Low quality dry cleaning service. It took them three times to remove a few dirty spots from my sweaters. Time wasted! An expensive sweater (a birthday gift) was damaged. Disappointed! The lady committed the sweater probably be damaged during the dry clean process but refused to take any responsibility. AVOID it!

The lady there is very nice. She saw the threading on my tie was coming out and said she couldn't run it like that but that she would sew it no extra cost. Their prices and turn around time are better than rainbow cleaners 2 blocks away. Continental valet shortened some jeans of mine previously and did good job.

This is my favorite dry cleaner in the area. The prices are reasonable, the lady who owns it is always nice and friendly, and it couldn't be more convenient. I've never had any problems, my clothes always come back looking nice.
