Westover Cleaners

I will NEVER go here after what they did to my wife's dress. I asked if they can re-do it, but the front desk lady refused. I asked for the manager or the owner, and she ignored me. Definitely not recommended.Going to Betty Brite Cleaners although its only 5 minutes from my house.

Terrible customer service. They ruined my white pants. When I brought it to the employee on duty's attention told me she couldn't help me, called the owner and tossed the phone to me. The owner had me leave the pants so he could see them himself. When I went back it was the same process with the phone call only this time the owner would not speak to me. Also VERY high prices.

I have been bringing my dress shirts and pants to Westover Cleaners for a while, not because they do a great job, but because they are extremely convenient to our house and usually do a passable job. On a number of occasions I have had pants come back with whitish spots all over them and have had to argue with the store staff over getting them re-cleaned at no charge. On a number of occasions I have had shirts come out looking like they were pressed with rocks, and again had to argue with the store staff about getting them repressed. But today's experience was the last straw. I had dropped off a brand new shirt, never worn, for cleaning and pressing. When I stopped to pick it up the shirt looked like it had been in a sword fight. It had a 2 inch long slice on the left shoulder, on the right front, and on the back. When I pointed out the damage to the clerk and tried to explain that this was a brand new shirt when I dropped it off and the damage to shirt was caused by the store, it quickly became apparent that I was going to get nowhere because she couldn't understand me, or she feigned that she couldn't understand me (not really sure if she was faking the language barrier or not). When I asked to speak to a manager she said no. When I asked for the manager's phone number, she said no. So, I am out a brand new dress shirt and I have no recourse to take it up with the Westover Cleaners management. I cannot recommend using Westover Cleaners. They don't do that good of a job and if you have a problem with their service you are pretty much out of luck.

I had a pair of pants hemmed by Westover Cleaners. The hem came undone after I wore them twice. After taking the pants back to get them fixed, I was told that I would be charged again. They were completely unwilling and uninterested in correcting their mistake. Save your time and money by going elsewhere.
