Embassy Autowash

On March 29, I took my wife's car to Embassy Autowash to be detailed focusing on the interior.nnWhen I booked the appointment over the weekend, the young woman who I spoke to, told me it'd roughly take 2 hours and my appointment was scheduled for 10:00A.nnWhen I dropped the car off at 9:55A, I was told by the head gentleman that it would indeed be two hours. At 12:00P, I called the follow up and the older woman at the cash registered said it wasn't ready yet, even though I was told 2 hours, and I had to go to work.nnAbout 20 minutes later, she called to say it was ready to be picked up, I said I was on my way to work and couldn't pick it up till later the afternoon.nnAt 1:30P, she called an harassed me asking when I was going to pick it up. I told her, well if it was done at 12:00P like I was told, I would of been able to and you now have to wait.nnAt 2:15P my wife walked to go pick it up and she unfortunately, had one of the worst experiences.nnThe older woman at the cash registered harassed her, saying why couldn't she pick the car up sooner. My wife informed her that her colleague said two hours and we stick to a schedule and we also have to work.nnAfter she paid, she was harassed by the young woman who detailed the car and asked for a tip when my wife already put money into the tip box.nnWhen she got home, she noticed that her touch pad in her car wasn't working. I called a few days later to speak to someone, and I talked to the older woman at the cash registered, then she connected me with the young gentleman who I saw the first time and he said the owner would be in touch with me. It's been a full week, I haven't heard anything.nnAs other reviews have said in the past, if you are desperate for a detail, I would recommend someplace else and customer service to be better.nnUPDATE: You are asking me to email you? I emailed you on March 31, do your due diligence and check your email!

Simply don't go here if u care for your interior. Purchased the platinum package and not worth it at all. Literally zero care when it came to Vacuuming and wiping down the interior. Cupholder stains still very visibly there, and big spots on the floor not Vacuumed. Beyond rushed service and it wasn't even that busy when I went.

Very poor quality, especially considering their location and customer base. Lazy staff. Unbelievably rude owner, who makes bigoted comments. If I could I’d leave 0 stars but I can’t so instead... I go elsewhere. The lady at the register was really nice though.nnAlso side note, I selected “auto detailing” (car wash is not an option oddly) as a service for this review, because “car wetting and scratching” wasn’t an option either.

Workers are lazy and unprofessional. They seem to pick and choose who they provide great service to. Cheap labor at its best. I've come there several times this year but on this recent visit, I made them do their job and all I received was attitude and talk back.nnThey need to fire all of the workers, better yet, sale the establishment to a new owner who cares about quality, treats everyeone the same and is willing to pay more to get better quality workers.nnThere are young teenagers that could do a better job than these workers.nnRight now this carwash sucks! I wish I could give a minus 20.
