Classic Cab of Leominster

Worst cab company ever. I book a trip to Logan, one day in advance and they still didn’t show up. No Ubers around. After waiting for 45 minutes I am taking my car and will park at airport. Hope I can make it. I don’t recommend. No reliable. Very rude too

Edit from Present day Tim: Upgraded from 4 to 5 stars after today’s trip to retrieve my lost apartment key in Fitchburg from Leominster, my driver was AWESOME and Leominster Taxi came to my rescue.nnPast Tim said:n“Big fan of the drivers and dispatchers that work for classic cab (or leominster taxi) they are overly generous and helpful once they get to know you. It’s also good being able to know when I can turn off Netflix and run downstairs, rather than standing outside for 35 minutes longer than when I was told I’d be picked up. HOWEVER, I am positive that I will be able to speak to Leominster Taxi dispatch and eventually I WILL be picked up. Recently Uber and Lyft have been offering no options and therefore no rides can be had.nnSometimes technology is bested by old fashioned businesses with humans that personally orchestrates the paths the drivers take. I’ll take the comfort of the knowledge that if I just wait long enough a green car or van with white lettering on the back window reading “Leominster Taxi” will show up at my driveway willing to take me to Fitchburg and back to retrieve my misplaced apartment key.nnTL: DRnnSometimes old fashioned businesses and the human condition can champion over fancy new apps and technology that has not been time proven.

Drivers are fine, but dispatch is rude and unreliable. Nothing like waiting over an hour in the rain for a reservation that never arrives.

You can’t even understand the man talking and they’re rude and disgusting tbh. Don’t recommend on top of that they take literal hours to come.

The dispatcher could use some training on how to talk to people. My ride showed up almost an hour later and I missed my appointment.
