I needed my tub unclogged. Joseph was very polite, informative, letting me know everything he was doing, efficient, he was able to unclog in an hour. He had to suction out what I had put in first and then snake it. He showed me that the stopper had broken and logged in my pipe. He gave future recommendations and left my bathroom as clean as he found it.nI am very satisfied with the professionalism and personable quality of this service.nThank- you,nLaura N. From Worcester.
I would highly recommend RotoRooters. Jeff was the technician and he was very nice, polite and was able to fix my plumbing issue. Jeff called up members of his team for clean up and they showed up in no time. They were also very nice and eager to help.
Joseph, the plumber, was excellent - personable and knowledgeable. I only rated three stars because there were many delays. I originally called for service on Sat., 4/3. I was told that a technician was in the area and to expect him/her in 45 min. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the tech couldn’t make it so I rescheduled for Mon., 4/5. I was told the service would be between 9/11. I had to make several calls during the day to find out when the service would be done. Finally, at 1:30 (ish) I was told that the tech would be there in 15 minutes. It was another hour and 15 minutes before he arrived. Joseph was kind, efficient, and he did a great job, but your customer service could use some retooling.
Joseph was fantastic. Our clogged pipes really became apparent after 5pm so our call for service was late. He arrived very late in the evening and worked so hard to get things working for us. He knew that we had sleeping kids and did his best to stay quiet walking up and down the halls of the house. He was knowledgeable and thorough and kept us informed every step of the way. We are so thankful that he was able to get our problem fixed with just one visit and I hope he was able to get home and get some rest. I cannot thank you guys enough for getting everything running for us again!!!!!!!
My septic tank had a clog in it . I called multiple people and no one got back to me . I have two children and couldn’t use toilets etc. Calling Roto-Rooter was the best thing I could have done. Super fast service and service tech was amazing and very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use them again .
