I lived in an apartment that was flooded with sewage and they were hired to perform the cleanup. It started off fine with them getting everything removed and starting the required demolition. That was when dates for competed work would be promised and we would repeatedly be told next week. It took 2 months instead of the original couple weeks. My insurance company paid for my hotel stay and were just as frustrated. If they had know that I would be out of my apartment, they would not have put me in a hotel for that long.
Dennis with Service pro was a real joy to work with!! He was there on a Saturday right away. Helped educate me and figure out a great plan that worked for us using resources we had access too. Dennis could of insisted we let them step in and take over the clean up, but instead he helped execute a plan that saved us all money. Thank you for all your help and excellent attitude Dennis! We appreciate it!
Dennis and his team were fantastic! They were at our house until 2 am mitigating a flooded kitchen. Dennis has been very easy to work with and we know we are in good hands while we try to put out back together.
I was VERY impressed with how quickly they got to my house.Within two hours there were three men here working on the problem.Dennis was very good about explaining things to me.They arrived at 8;30 and were here until midnight pumping water out. ALL were very polite and very professional.Plus the next morning they were back to take out all the plastic and put 20 fans under my house.I can't say enough good things about this business.
Would recommend these folks to anyone handling a problem at home. Dennis came over within 15 minutes of our frantic phone call when our kitchen flooded from a faucet leak. Taylor Devon and Ozzie were right on the job doing all kinds of cleanup. Poor Taylor had to go in the crawlspace and deal with our leak there as well! Very professional, courteous, and on all the details. Dennis you run a tight ship and we are thankful to you for helping us in our time of need. Our insurance claim was processed very quickly and Dennis helped with our insurance claim, meeting the adjuster and going over all the issues. As a REALTOR I've referred them to clients in the past, but have never personally used their service until now. We can't thank or recommend them enough.
