I have used Red Carpet Maintenance several times now and I am always pleased with the quality of their work and professionalism. They are very good about telling you what to expect when they arrive and how much the cost will be upfront. One time I had an oil spill on our carpet and it reappeared after they cleaned the carpets and when I called them they immediately came back out and went over the stain again at no charge. My carpets always look amazing when they are finished.
Business has been asked multiple times to move van that is parked in front of a residence (across the street from the business wherein there is ample parking for their rigs) so close to the driveway that resident does not have safe clearpath view of roadway while exiting her driveway and they refuse to move it. Mind you, this van has been parked here and not moved for a week and a half. Notice the large driveway across the street on the right of each picture where they could park their vehicles instead of in front of the residence - BAD NEIGHBORS - be respectful of others space please.
I oversee several rental properties in the Gorge, and recently had a need for duct cleaning after a furnance repair, RED CARPET worked well with me and set up the visit with the tenant directly as I had requested, they completed the work as promised and the tenant expressed his complete satisfaction with the results, I highly reccomend their services. Nice folks to do business with.
