If you are looking for a realtor look no further. The McCoy team is your one stop realtor, they look after every detail, they get as much info about the property as possible, to make a sale go seamlessly, they care about their job and clients,,,( Hard to find nowadays. ) They treated us like family during a very hard time for our family. Denise is fair and honest. She helped us find the perfect home in 2000 and helped us with its sale 21 years later. Her experience was invaluable especially working with difficult buyers, their demands, and their unusually difficult mortgage company. Thanks to her, all went well and had a happy ending.

My mother was a realtor for @40 years. Her clients were so precious to her that they became friends. Many were repeat clients. When she decided to retire, Denise was the realtor she chose to handle the clients she loved so much. Denise has had dealings with me, my daughter, my father and niece. Our family will not work with anyone but Denise and Don. They are sincere, honest, timely and genuine. Something that can be difficult to find these days. Thanks for all you do for my family. You and Don are THE BEST!!!

Denise was wonderful to work with! She always answered my questions and gave me excellent advice with the homebuying process. She worked around my schedule and was very flexible with appointments and meetings. I would definitely recommend Denise to anyone who is buying/selling their home.
