They don’t answer the phone , theyre just in the office talking and laughing walked in and was told I couldn’t do my rd test when i schedule an appointment this is the worst place of business I’ve encountered

For weeks, the Fayette County post has not answered phone, not replied to voice mail, and not replied to my email from last week, as well as weeks without them even posting a date to notify public when they can even schedule a drivers test. Finally they now posted on their website that info is coming tomorrow, July 31 on Fayette County driver (road) test. This doesn't mean one can schedule tomorrow, maybe only they will tell us when we can schedule. The fact they don't answer the phone, don't return calls or emails is the part that's inexcusable. The last update came in a YouTube video on July 1, 2020 (today is July 30) but it didn't tell Fayette residents anything about the road test.

After scheduling a road test, I show up for my appt to be greeted by very RUDE government employees. I know the DMV is known for hating their job and making the lives of everyone around them miserable but the KY State police take the cake. Not only are they RUDE , they are disorganized. They say they never had an appt for me.nnIf i could rate this lower than 1 star, I would.
