Work seemed fine and were personable however they never followed up when they stated they would.
Just moved back to town after living in tennessee for 9 years. Johnny was the 1st plumber I called for a job, had an interview next day and hired 3 days later. He's very professional, precise, organized, and thoughtful of his customers and employees.
When you have an issue and need something done in a timely matter GO ELSEWHERE!! Set a time for them to come and evaluate an issue that I am having. I was given a two hour window; so I took off work and waited.....and waited. After the time passed of when they were supposed to arrive (call first) I called them and was given an excuse as to why they didn't arrive, but told they would be there in an hour. Nothing. They never called or showed.nVery poor customer service.
I live in a older house with several large trees that occasionally block my sewer lines. Jeff came out he was on time, courteous and very professional and fixed the problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing emergency plumbing.
Used them to install a new water heater. Service was great! They were prompt and on time and the guys were a pleasure to work with. Will use for all future needs!
