They are the best! It took awhile to diagnose the problem but they kept at it and solved the mystery leak. They are always thorough, professional, and honest in their excellent work. Highly recommended!

Buzz is great. They always work with you to get you scheduled as soon as possible. In my opinion they are easily the best professionals in the area. We will use them long term and have always been extremely pleased with the service they provide.

They are always punctual, courteous, professional, efficient, proficient, and the precision and asthetic aspects of their work are beyond compare. They have performed several plumbing services for us, and they did another great job with a leak repair, pipe replacement and faucet installation!! HIRE THIS COMPANY! I cannot recommend PROfetick enough. They were recommended to me by several people and they did NOT disappoint! They came several times to hook up and unhook things during a small home renovation - they installed new trim kits, repaired a shower that was leaking, hooked up and unhooked water to a kitchen sink (including temporarily hooking up water while we waited on the granite to come in) - installed a new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, drains, etc. etc. etc. Buzz was so great the first time, I requested him the second and third time as well! He was very friendly and personable, went above and beyond to take care of all of the items in a timely fashion, answered my questions, etc. He was GREAT to work with. The office ladies were wonderful and worked with me to reschedule (a couple times) our appointments when the granite company kept dropping the ball, and the initial appointment was scheduled within a day since my contractor couldn't get his plumber there. This company will take care of you - and they are worth every penny!

Philip always amazes me at how great he is with his work! On January 20th 2021 I called Philip because my water heater didn't work yet the green light in the front of the electronic maintenance box was flashing operational. It took some time to figure out but this is what happened. I have an earthquake shut off valve on my meters and there had been a small earthquake on Saturday just a few days before.
