This was the second time to call Dauenhauer and they’ve been great to work with. Showed up when they said and did great work. Will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing needs.nnAdding: I’ve now called them out three times, and the third time was every bit as good as the first two. These guys shot straight with me, explained my options without trying to up sell me, and fixed my problem quickly. Quality service all around.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. The work was done well and they were communicating and following up well through the entire process from quote to invoice. They had to break concrete in my basement and finish a rough in for a bathroom and I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned up during and after exceptionally well. Michael especially was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and good at his job.

This was our first experience with this company and will Not be our last for any plumbing needs. This company responded to our service call the very next day and completed our repair within 24 hours. The job was a lot more intense and involved than expected and nothing but excellent service . Everyone we spoke to were very nice and gave great customer care.nHowever , our technician Logan was great . He gave excellent customer service and knew his job very well. He was so thorough getting the job done and explained everything.nWe will definitely contact Dauenhauer for any future plumbing needs as well as recommending them.

I had a laundry list of jobs needing to be done. This was a 6 hour list of jobs. All were done quickly and efficiently. My technician was on time, wearing a mask, with a great attitude. Each job went smooth as silk, (he made it seem) I would hire him again and feel confident in his ability to get things done without any hesitation. An added bonus was his ability to greet the dogs with sincere caring. Thank you.

Dauenhauer Plumbing Thank you for working with us with our Home Warranty Company we understand that’s not your responsibility your company and Anthony Smith has to wait for our home warranty to get approval so we could get reimbursed for most of your work! Which cause Anthony Smith to have to come back once approval was given to do the work! So Thank you! Anthony Smith very courtesy and wore PPE ! Anthony Smith replace a valve stem in our leaking hot water faucet in our tub and purchased a handle for it our faucet is Galvanized home built in the 1960’s which those are easily broken!nWe had an appointment set for Monday to finish the job with the office but Anthony Smith received a message from our Choice home Warranty that our leaking faucet cost reimbursement was approved so he could go ahead and work on fixing the leak the valve stem and replacing the hot water faucet ! So he message and called us but I was outside watering and working on my flowers so I didn’t hear it it’s hard for my husband to get up to get the phone ! So I guess Anthony Smith must have been working close by he drove over to see if he could do the task today instead of having it leak all weekend since it was approved !
