American Saddlebred Museum

We visited yesterday, I mentioned that I was a teacher and had a student, who was a struggling reader and loved horses, so I pick up free reading material about horses for my classroom. She asked us if we could wait a minute, she returned with a host of various horse reading material and activities as a gift for my classroom! I can’t wait to see the student’s face. Thank you so very much.The museum is a wonderful place to visit and learn about this specific breed of horse. They currently are remodeling to bring even more wonderful educational exhibits and it is included in admission to the Kentucky Horse Park.

Great place to learn about the American Saddlebred... the only breed native to Kentucky!

Great place to spend a day or two. Get close to some beautiful horses and explore the history behind our equestrian heritage.

Cant wait for the remodel to be done! Great place nice staff and lots to do! A very nice place to stop especially if you love horses. Must see place even if your traveling through!

Don't open unless you are ready to do so. Everything was closed and yet we were charged full price to look at closed buildings.
