Ryan and his team have always shown true compassion towards us, and I know that they do for everyone they do business with. He and his team are excellent with communication on a consistent basis. Outstanding service. So happy with my beautiful, clean windows. We live near a busy road and the dirt from traffic was bad. Our serviceman scrubbed until they were spotless. We’re so appreciative and will use them again.

I chose Window Genie of Lexington based solely on reviews. I do not know anyone who has hired them. I had all the siding pressure washed and the windows cleaned. Isaac and Evan arrived on time, with masks on. Very polite and professional. They made sure I understood what they were going to do. We discussed it in detail. They asked me to inspect during the project. I was amazed. The house is 3 levels, and had a lot of dirt and algae/mildew staining. Evan and Isaac cleaned every inch. Several times, they would hit certain areas a second or third time. Isaac and Evan take pride in their work. The last thing was cleaning the outside windows. Spotless!!! The siding, eaves and windows look great. I personally pressure washed my last house so I am no stranger to the process. I will use Window Genie again, thanks to Evan and Isaac.
