It is now owned by Kingston's Property Management who is coming in and doing a way better job of remodeling than all of the rest sorry to hurt their feelings but this will turn out to be a nice apartment building when they're finished a lot of people don't like it in this area because they're used to buying drugs from here which day no longer can and all the homeless people have no place to go over here as of now which are still a eyesore out front on the exit begging for money buying drugs od'ing in the grass and going to bathroom in anybody's hallway it doesn't matter they don't really care and the police don't seem to care either the homeless people around here can get by with whatever they want to but if you break the law they will be on you like flies on s*** never did quite understand that and yes they still are not doing anything as of today the Lexington Police Department is run by some real idiots

They made a ton of improvements and the new owner means business and the guy that runs the place for him is a nice guy he helps keeps all the Riff Raff away from there They need to pat that guy on the back. I give them an A+ for helping to clean up the neighborhood.

I live here. It is what you pay for. One room and a bathroom. You can't have to much power on or you will sit without power all night until someone flips the breaker back on

This place is definitely not worth living there. I don't know this personally, but I've known some people that did, and I've heard the horror stories. Price road/that part of Georgetown road can be pretty dangerous. #jewelrypod
