Update- I had an issue that I didn't seem to get handled until I reached out. But when I did it was promptly fixed. They went above and beyond helping me and making sure it wouldn't happen again. Very professional and understanding!nnThe location is the smallest of the Lexington locations so far, however they offer the same great washes that are available. It's nice to be able to pick the wash that best suites your vehicle and your wallet at the same time. While it's not a full service car wash (they wash for you) they offer free towels and window cleaner along with good working vacuums. There are two different nozzles at each parking spot along with a air chuck to blow out those hard to reach crevices, trash cans and even baskets to put your dirty towels in. Oh, and don't forget the free floor Matt cleaner that works wonderfully!nnThanks guys for fixing my issue and offering a great car wash experience!

Love the monthly pass.... feels like vip car was...very clean.... sometime I just go because its peaceful inside the wash

Was the worse car wash we have ever used paid 25 dollars and it was a waste of time and money as it didn't even clean the bugs off the windshield. Worse experience I have ever had at a car wash

In my opinion, this location is by far the worst of all of the locations in Lexington. It just doesn't get your car clean enough. I had to ask to go through more than once on multiple occasions because my car was STILL DIRTY. They don't power wash even when it's obvious the vehicle needs it, then they act upset when you roll your window and actually ask for the service. They turn certain brushes off which then leaves the top of your vehicle just as dirty. I will never return to this location because the quality of the service is simply sub par. I have not experienced these issues at the other locations, mind you. Avoid this location and frequent the others, they do a much better job.
