I love this place and actually got referenced go the place by my friend. I do advise you to have staff respectable and patience with customer.nThere was one guy that just got snippy with me because I couldn't see where he was pointing to direct me to come in the car wash. That event made me not want to come back. Went to the one on New Circle Road and expected different but couldn't tell where he was pointing and got a eye roll in response. Only had two employees do this and the rest where amazing.nI will continue to use the one on Richmond road but train that employee better.
Went today to wash my car. Car was somewhat clean but for the amount of money that you spend there, it should definitely be a lot better. lol bags to wipe clean why the wash missed which was clearly visible. Proceeded to vacuum out my car, the spot I pulled into, the vacuum didn’t work so I moved to another spot. Went to use the smaller vacuum to get in between seats and it had absolutely no suction. They definitely need to maintenance their equipment more regularly.
Didn't get the bug droppings off my car
So I would have given a 5 star review but the employee that waves you in is also suppose to spot clean with the pressure washer as you pull up. Well no one has done this since September. The monthly service isn't cheap. I expect to get everything I pay for. Richmond Road location.
This used to be the best car wash in town! The last two times I’ve been here the mat washer hasn’t worked there hasn’t been any clean towels and the vacuum system does not work properly... Terrible! I am a monthly paying customer!
