We have been using this company for well over a year and we actually love the service that we get at the other locations but, for some reason the employees are not professional at this location. They treat the customers like they are a burden. We can go to any other location and ask for tire shine after our car has been washed and they will kindly bring it to us and will ask if we want them to apply it or do we want to do it. It has never been a problem but, here you would think that you are asking for the end of the world. We pay for the best package available and we don't feel that it is to much to ask for the extra to be applied if it doesn't look right. I would recommend this company to anyone but, don't go to this location unless the upper management decides to do something about the rudeness of their employees here.

The wash was pretty good even for the basic package. For 10 bucks you get your car fairly clean and use of their vacuums after. They also have clean rags and stuff to clean your windows with. There is even a machine to wash your mats just by letting it go through. Takes about 1 min per mat.

The employees are friendly. The car wash makes my car and tires shine.nI love Time to Shine! Get the monthly deal, wash the dirt away, wipe it down and vacuum. All for one price.

When I went through I would place this car wash as one of the worst in the city. After I was ran through and came out my car had multiple places on it that was still very dirty. It had streeks all over it. The only good thing was it has free vacuum and damp rags and window cleaner to be able to wipe down the windows and the inside of your car. I had to take the damp rags and wipe down all the streeks that were left on my car after going through car wash. For the cost of the car wash I would not go back. I would go to the couple car washes in town that definitely do a better job the I had at this one. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because of the free vacuum and rags they put out for you to use and I was able to wipe away all the dirt that was left after the wash. But also with that being said if I wanted to do it myself I would have went to a self serve wash for cheaper.
