Realtor Kristine Neimi was very deceitful in my personal transaction. She represented sellers and there was cat/dog pee in the spare bedroom and the skylight leaks. When I got the roofer to fix the skylight he had said it has been this way for a long time. Me being the Christian person I am I was completely 100% honest with the sale of my home down to the smallest detail. I then spoke to her broker Renee Coney about this and of course they are not going to help me in anyway rectify this situation at all. She told me I would have to get a real estate attorney. I am already into this mess for $6000.00 dollars and not one time as our conversation went on did she want to try to help. So the next best thing is to get an attorney. Also filing a complaint with board of realtors. People like this should not be in business if they can't be honest and they are just in it for the money. There are laws that protect buyers from being taken.
