My wife and I bought a home in the Kirkland area and sold our Seattle condo recently. We used Jordan as our realtor for both and working with him was the best realtor experience either of us have ever had. He was consistently attentive and patient with us during the home search. He found houses each week that met our criteria and took extra time to research the background and backstory of houses that piqued our interest. Throughout the whole time, we never felt pressured to buy any house. Once we decided on a house, he helped us negotiate a positive contract and helped us understand and feel comfortable with the buying process with his attention to detail, promptness and great explanations. All of Jordan’s contacts (contractors, inspectors, etc are top notch).nnWhen it came time sell our condo, Jordan put together a beatiful add campaign, helped us with the staging and worked overtime to sell it. His market research was phenomenal and his open houses were expertly ran. We felt like we were in the hands of a competent and caring professional the whole time.
