Judy and Jim are just what you need for real estate advice. We sold and purchased a home with them recently and their service is second to none. I can't recommend them enough to friends and family of which she has already sold and purchased homes with as well! 10/10 will work with again.

Judy Gratton and her husband Jim make an all-star team. They were incredibly responsive and, although we were first time home buyers with A TON of questions, they were always quick with their answers to help up through it.nnThey communicated with us clearly if/when they would be out of town or away from their work and always put us in touch with another member of their team who could help in their infrequent absence.nnJudy showed us what felt like one million different homes and never made us feel like an inconvenience or a burden when we wanted to see many different types of homes while we narrowed down what we wanted.nnWe were referred to Judy and Jim from three different friends/ family members who all had great things to say about their service. We would not hesitate to keep the referral train rolling and would recommend them with no hesitation.
