Valley Cab

They were late on pick up and even though I told the dispatcher that there was one more stop in between I was told that either I got dropped at the mid stop and call again or go home. I will not use valley cab again. The driver was polite and professional. The owner/manager was not.

Owner Bill L. and all of his drivers are the best in the Rogue Valley. They always go the extra mile to help me to arrive to my destinations safely and without any delay. I know that we live in a time where everyone wants to abandon cabs for other ride sharing companies, but if you try Valley Cab your faith in good-old taxis will be restored and you will certainly be a repeat customer. I know that it is tough to be a taxi driver so when you run into one who treats you with a smile, is engaging and respectful you naturally want to keep coming back. I love how much Bill L. also supports the local community and kids sports in particular. This is a great local company worthy of your patronage.

I called them last night to arrange a pick up for 6:30am this morning. They said they could have someone here at 6:35am. I said that was fine. I gave them a phone number and everything.nAt 6:50am they hadn't shown up and hadn't called. I called to see where they were. The guy on the phone said he would call me right back and now it is 7:20 am and I still haven't heard from them.nWe ended up calling another cab company to come. This resulted in this being the first and only day that my boyfriend is late for work.

I have to say I have been using Valley cab for some years now and I have had absolutely zero problems they’re always here at the time I specify.

Used 1 time to get home from work and they were there at quoted time. N fare was average.
