Terri is my color/cut whisperer and they should really clone her. She’s Genuine, Professional, has excellent skills, is kind, warm and makes me feel like a million bucks every time I come. My heart is full after every visit. Book ahead to get in and you’ll be loyal to her forever.

First visit, would never go back! I brought several photos of what I wanted; they were all slight variations of the same cut/style. In fact, my last haircut at the beginning of March looked similar to these photos but was way overdue for a trim because of Covid-19.nnKaren C. and I discussed these pictures enough for me to feel she understood and could accomplish it. Then she proceeded to give me a butch, so short I can do little If anything with it. My hair now looks NOTHING like the photos! When I look in the mirror, I’m AGHAST at what she did to me. Will be months before it grows out enough to get reshaped into what I wanted. I HATE my hair now.nnTwo stars were given because they were friendly and they are taking Covid-19 precautions seriously, which is nothing that concerns me personally.nnIn short, go if you care about safety from communicable disease—stay away if you care about your hairstyle!nnUPDATE: Freestyle’s owner, Heidi, suggested I come back to see if she could do something with product to help me “like my hair” until it grows out. Or instead, I could opt for a refund from Karen. As it wasn’t about the money, I went back. Indeed, Heidi used a spray-in part dry shampoo, part hairspray product that helped fluff out and texturize my hairstyle. Although “like “ is too positive of a word, I now feel I can “live” with my style for the time being. I left with the spray gifted to me, it was valued at $30. Heidi’s actions are commendable and I would recommend her to any future client!

I am grateful that my hair stylist has moved up to the Heights, so that we both dont have to deal with downtown parking, and/or traffic. 5 Stars for Karen :)
