Heather is friendly and knowledgeable. Her calming demeanor greeted me promptly when I arrived. She asked me questions about my skin care routine and made suggestions and recommendations that were specific to my skincare needs. I have very sensitive skin and I’m always worried about what products to use on my face. She was available after my facial to answer questions about her natural based products. I left feeling more informed about my skin as well as confident about the products to use on my face.
