Jacksonville Police Department

Officer McColly stopped to greet us as we pulled into the public parking area in our rv. We're from Corvallis and it turns out he was a Corvallis police officer before moving to Jacksonville. He shared some of the Jacksonville history with us and gave us some sightseeing tips around town. I couldn't have run into a nicer person.

I had lost my wallet and somebody was a good samaritan and either turned to my wallet in the police department phoned me and got ahold of me and got my wallet back to me that's pretty cool
