Replaced hot water heat but did not clean the water pan for the hot water heater. I could of cleaned it before they put the new one in. Thanks

I was able to reach John on the first call and by the grace of the plumbing gods he had time to swing by this morning and took care of our issue! Amazing!! Very quick, reasonable rate, knew exactly what he was doing, and was also able to squeeze us in between my own appointments. I definitely recommend!
