SOS Plumbing and Drain Service Medford Oregon

SOS Installed plumbing for us in an auxiliary bathroom when an old pipe failed. The guys were nice. The good ended there. They installed PEX that was too small for the application, leading to poor water flow, and including whatever valves they had on the truck, which further restricted flow. They left, literally left, with a toilet leaking on the floor and then were annoyed to have to come back and fix it. First, it was the toilet's fault, then they realized they hadn't tightened things up well after having to argue about it. The cost wasn't terrible, but considering the experience I'd look elsewhere for plumbing service. I really dislike writing negative reviews, but after we called and explained the issues, they were super defensive and unapologetic at all, in any form. Not a good way to handle business.

My water heater blew over the weekend. Greg is the man! He was professional and coutreous. Didn't even give me a hard time about the clutter.nSOS, and I'm talking about the entire staff here went far above standard. I called the office at 0400 recieved a call back from the office saying they would try to have somebody out today but definitely tomorrow.nGreg called me before noon and asked if it was ok to come by. The time is now 14:38. I have hot water.nFYI Greg said it was the worst water heater fail he has come across. Didn't phase him. He went to work undaunted.nThank you SOS plumbing!nMike Holmes.

Very professional. The office staff is wonderful and very helpful. Did a great job putting in a new water heater. They're the best!

Called them out to repair a water heater. Installed a new one without authorization. Claims that they were told it was ok, but no one said it was. Tried to get this sorted out and were met with very odd responses, especially considering how many years we've done business with them. The owner called me and my staff liars. I will absolutely NEVER do business with them again after being treated like that.
