Central Point Cleaners & Laundry

I have taken clothing, drapes, quilts, rugs and electric blankets seasonally for the past 5 years. The owner is not very chatty and is always in a bit of a rush as he works the counter by himself, but he is professional. Everything has come back clean, well packaged and on time, and this is my priority. The prices are more than fair and the work is excellent. I have used 2 other cleaners, the owners were very cheery and pleasant but I did not feel the work was acceptable and twice the items were not ready on time. I prefer a dry cleaner who is not chatty with excellent work, myself.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. The owner was rude, making me wait for him to get off the phone with his “ buddy”. He also was not wearing a mask, nor did he make any attempt to do so. Overall he appeared annoyed I had entered his business, which I will not be doing again.

Brought in a giant king size white comforter. Was only $24 to have cleaned, came back quickly, nicely holded, and with no filler balling up on the inside.nThe staff was very friendly, the store was clean and professional. Will be back soon!

Very disappointing. Got quilts back with holes torn in several places. Also, apparently they don't know how to iron men's dress shirts!!! Isn't that dry cleaning 101??? They ironed in creases and folds where they 100% do not belong, including ironing a fold onto the row of buttons. My husband had to re-iron his shirts for date night and professional interactions. Will not use again. There are so few dry cleaners in the valley, it's too bad that we will have to go out of our way to get our dry cleaning done by a company that knows what they are doing. :(

I have used them several times with great satisfaction. Prices are affordable. I took star away because on one occasion I noticed when I got home that there were still spots on my blazer (from whipped cream). I am not too worried about absolute impression of kindness and excellent customer service as much as I am about the service actually doing a great service as advertised. So I hope not to have too many of these instances where I am not seeing my clothing being cleaned and pressed.
