Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change

Very friendly and professional.

I had a headlight low beam and a left blinker bulb out. Always in the past when getting my oil changes done here they always did it for me. Have always been happy with their service. But this last guy either didn't know how to do it or didnt want to. That left blinker being out was dangerous. I am a 65 year old woman went and bought my own bulbs and put them in myself. When I go back I will request some one other than TRW. Thank you, Phil I gave you more stars for you caring and replying

I went here today for an oil change. I asked the guy who took my info if they would check my fluid levels. He said they do that anyway. Imagine my surprise when I got home and checked them myself. My power steering fluid was low. I specifically told him about that and my coolant reservoir was way low. I am really disappointed. I'll never go back.

Pennzoil os a very good business for oil changes and caring for your car. They are very friendly and make sure that they've done everything needed. Its the only place we go for our oil change and we're very satisfied with them.
