When I first checked out the work it looked great. When I got home and opened the moon roof I saw that had not been detailed. Places that get touched often, like the nob on the radio and gear shift, were not as clean. The floor carpets were still wet but very clean. The leather seats were clean. The gentleman who did the work was personable.

Stated on phone they weren't busy, and to come down for interior detail. Drove 40 miles one way only to be told I need an appointment. Detailer quoting stated he recommends replacing rubber foot mats. I explained they were rubber and can be pressured washed. He told me no, just replace them.nDecided to detail my car myself as i did not trust their word or advice.nP.S. floor mats look brand new after pressure washer.
