Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change + Car Wash

Oil Change - best we’ve ever had. Introduced themselves up front, described the process, offered a beverage - coffee or water (took coffee with cream and sugar- which was good). Asked if I’d pop the hood and proceeded to put protective blankets on both sides of the engine area. Completed an extensive multi-point inspection, updating me with options along the way. Candidly informed me that they were non-commission, but would offer suggestions of service or products with no expectations for me to take them or not. Excellent! Five stars all the way around. And then they finished us off with a free car wash.

Very polite, quick and informative. Of course they offer you anything your car may need but that gives me the choice to knock it out and be able to forget about it or say no thank you. They move on quickly. Love it! Quick work and a solid job.

Caesar &Jason (there was 1 more assisting-his name escapes me) they were excellent. The teamwork displayed among the crew was awesome & the kindness to the customers, myself included, was great. I appreciated the offer for a free beverage when I arrived & did not find there way of upselling to be intrusive, like I have other places.

Knowledgable, friendly, and efficient staff! I liked how quick they were to get my vehicle service in spite of 1-2 cars ahead of me. They also noticed a couple of other things about my car that I hadn't noticed, such as a nail in my tire that I didn't know about.

These guys are wonderful! It's truly a full service, they show you how all your fluids look and explain everything. We had a cracked belt and they just went right ahead and replaced it, didn't expect that from an oil stop. Also the staff is all really attractive! Doesn't hurt ud83dude01
