I really Appreciate the help this organization offers Especially during this tough time. But that being said, it would be nice if they could tend to their phone lines a bit better and respond to their messages. Also some of the case workers here have come off as indiferent and dry, maybe this line of work isnt for them? but yet there they are. I would like to incourage these case workers to treat humans like humans and put down the judgement gavel. Without the people you help/serve you would be out of work. Kindness acknowlegemnt and compassion go a long way.

Never answer the phone or emails. On the rare chance they do, they're so very rude and have no respect or ounce of consideration for you. If you're on the list for an apartment You don't even get to see it. They literally don't care about you at all, rudest people I've ever encountered. Worst experience ever. Wish they would employ at least somewhat nice people.

Front office staff are nice and helpful. Can't say the same for everyone else. Made things very complicated and confusing when one person tells you to do something and then you get a letter from someone else telling you to do something else. Couldn't seem to get my mailing address right and would randomly send me emails. For being such a time sensitive office, I would think that they would stick with one form of communication instead of changing constantly. And forget about getting a return call, better keep up on checking your emails even if you ask them, in writing, to not communicate that way.

They are not very helpful but most of all they don't return phone calls or listen. No one really listens to me half the time so I'm used to it
