Varney Bridge

Hate to share but this site along Madison river is a great picnic stop and also has boat launch& camping spots, not many spots but right on river. Sweet!!!

Quiet campground well off Highway 287 via a gravel road. The campground is about three miles down a gravel road so you hear nothing but the river. The fishing is good here as well. The sites are all situated among the trees growing on the river bank. The restroom is at the far end of the campground by the boat ramp.

Great access site very popular for early morning descend. Very spacious for u to unload and assemble 4 personal pontoons with room to spare. Bathroom available. Wouldn't recommend camping here unless u r there just for the float and fish.

It's a bridge, what else can I say about it? It is a popular drift boat launch/take out point so can get congested during peak seasons.
