I reached out to Andrew and his team at Newman for upholstery cleaning for an arm chair and a couch. My cat had peed on the couch and it was quite a strong odor. Both looked great after the cleaning (the cream colored chair looked basically new), and they came back without question to try to clean the back of one couch cushion again that had a tiny bit of cat urine smell leftover. Appreciated the care and professionalism, and the value was definitely worth it! Would very highly recommend these folks for upholstery cleaning needs!
Newman Restoration & Cleaning has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They were incredibly responsive, honest and transparent with every request and working with them has felt more of a partnership than a business relationship. They take pride in their work and are always striving to be better and ensure the customer is satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend their services and they have become my preferred vendor. If i could give more than 5 stars, I would.
I discovered some mold in my basement and Newman Restoration was able to remove it quickly and professionally. I called them on a Saturday and they had someone out to get me a bid at 8:00am on Monday. Their crew removed the mold in less than 2 hours, wore plastic covers on their shoes, and left the room cleaner than they found it. I have no complaints.
From the courteous person who answered my inquiry to the friendly crew who came out to sweep my chimney, everyone was customer oriented, knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and the price was spot-on. Refreshing!
Newman Restoration came right away to fix our water damage. They set up and carefully protected everything and completed the job on time: completely restored. Highly recommended!
