Should have read overall 3 star rating for customer service reviews before staying. Changed my card an additional $40 pet fee even though it states nowhere on the pet waiver that will happen, otherwise we would have not brought in the pet. Called twice and was told they would refund my card and that it was there mistake, and the second time was told they would call back about the situation after they did not refund my card and was just flat out ignored. So unprofessional for hidden charges, especially when I specifically asked about it upon checking in if that is what my final amount would be as long as no damage was done. As I was on the phone with them I heard other customers complaining about their charged card in the background and made me realize this is not an uncommon thing there. We had a big group staying there together with multiple rooms and every one of us will go elsewhere.
The air conditioning in my room was not working from the moment I checked in. When I asked what could be done, they offered me a fan... for $520 a week??? The best you can do is a fan???
My mom actually flew in last minute to visit me and stayed here. She loved the room, it was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Also very affordable, even over a holiday!
This is a smaller area than we usually stay at, but oh my gosh, Best Ever!! Shannon was our go to person and she was wonderful.... The Manager & Staff were so friendly!! Laurel, MT is gorgeous and the traffic was so courteous. The trains were even courteous.... Lol. Redneck Pizza & The Pelican Cafe.... Awesome food.... Awsome place great customer service the lady at the front counter dena helped me fix a problem with my situation and was mellow with the entire situation highly recomend this place
