Most people are permanent residents. Everyone seems friendly and eager to help with whatever you may need. The owners and office worker are very friendly and personable. Great place to stay and very affordable.
Very nice people, helpful when you need information or anything, nice little RV park. Has a family feel about it.

If you're tent camping. Skip this place. There is only one shower/bathroom, the shower is good, but hasn't been cleaned in a while, and more than likely you'll have to wait for two other campers before getting your turn at the bathroom. There is laundry. The wifi is a joke. And there was no one on premises when I arrived. I had to run all over town just to find someone to pay for my spot. The women who's number was on the door to call, was very unhelpful and not professional. SKIP.
Its a dump. Wouldnt stay there
