Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

Issue was our shower would not turn off. I called after hours and someone told me how to turn off the water main (since I had never dine it before)so we didn't have to be charged for them to come out and do it. Rich came out first thing the next morning, assessed the situation, got the parts, and fixed the issue. He was so friendly and informative and didn't gouge us on the price by getting a new fixture. He was able to repair the one we had, quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Austin was amazing! He knew what he was doing and made sure i was happy every step of the way. He was so nice to my 6 year old daughter, who was just amazed by everything he was doing. If I need to call anyone again i will make sure to ask for him!!!

I called and scheduled a service call. I told them exactly what size pipe we had and asked if they had the right equipment for the job. She assured me they did. Well their big truck broke down. I can understand that so job was postponed until the truck was fixed. Well they sent a truck that is not designed for this size of pipe. The operator was skilled but unable to remove the root after several hours. I own a business and understand that wasting a customers time and money is not good business. Now we have to pay $380 for a job they couldn't do. We called another Rooter company. They showed up today with the right equipment and had the job done in an hour. No one is perfect but to charge for a job knowing the equipment is not gonna work is not right.

Provided great service and were also very friendly + helpful. Brandon and Jose (plumbers) did a great job on our sinks. I also learned some great information regarding plumbing from Brandon and Jose. I would recommend these individuals to anyone who needs great/reliable plumbing services.

Matt with Roto-rooter in Meridian came out and pumped my septic tank today. Matt completed the job in a short period of time, doing an excellent job. He was friendly and hard working. I think he needs a raise!
