The team did a great job. Very diligent. Daniel Marks went above and beyond to make sure that all the valves in the house are matched, and made sure that all of our concerns were addressed. I highly recommend this team if you need quality plumbing solution that lasts.
Todd came out this morning almost immediately after I called Express Plumbing Service and fixed our problems quickly. I couldn’t be more pleased with the friendly and expedient service we received. Todd is a great guy - very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again!
I loved the way business was handled with this company. Kyle, Dustin and Chance came in and looked over everything and once it was established what needed to be done they all gave me opinions and options which was so so helpful for me. Because I am hey female was a little nervous just to call a plumber but they made me feel comfortable with all the knowledge that was provided to me. Chance got busy. he had such a passion for making sure things were done correctly which translated into pure excellence. I was extremely surprise by the professionalism shown by the person answering the phone and the service man Dustin Stevens. The first call was dropped however, the clerk promptly redialed and we were able to continue with our making an appointment for service the same day.nnThe Dustin arrived promptly and started work quickly and efficiently, honoring distancing and masking. You have an honorable, intelligent, employee in Dustin. His supervisor needs to know about my insight into these two employees.
They were able to get me on the schedule the same day I called & were able to confirm where the ceiling leak was originating. They fixed it all up & were friendly and knowledgeable. Grateful for the quick help!
